Transpersonal Psychology is a path of self awareness that honors both the Ego and the Soul. The word "transpersonal" means "beyond the personal." Through the practice of transpersonal work, one is able to achieve a higher level of consciousness and a deaper understanding of the events in ones life.
Transpersonal therapy is appropriate for the treatment of ADHD, depression, anxiety, addictions, post traumatic stress disorder, grief work, and can aid in the healing of many health related disorders.
Leslie Rouder is a licensed therapist, who has been practicing for the past 12 years in Boca Raton and Miami, Florida. Leslie is a trained crisis intervention counselor and provides on-site crises counseling in a variety of business and governmental settings. She provides one-on-one counseling, coaching, group work, family and couples counseling while utilizing a variety of modalities, including healing circles, Integrative Breathwork, and guided imagery.
