NewBridge School provides special education instruction for students with learning disabilities in grades K-8 in a private school environment. We serve students with language-based learning disabilities such as dyslexia and memory deficits, difficulties with attention, and high functioning autism.
NewBridge School utilizes a lab school design wherein professionals research, develop and implement effective teaching strategies. Speech and Language and Occupational Therapies are completely embedded into the students' daily programs. Our highly qualified and dedicated teaching faculty, a low student-teacher ratio, and a highly structured program ensure our students’ success.
NewBridge students learn strategies to become efficient and effective learners, and strong self-advocates, before transitioning to more "traditional" schools. Resting on two beautiful acres, NewBridge provides a safe and comfortable environment in which to flourish. One recent graduate writes: "Newbridge is an exceptional school that creates a caring, nurturing and safe environment to support and encourage each child to reach their maximum potential."
