Dr. Halper's practice offers psychoeducational and clinical assessments. She specializes in clinical testing for mood, personality disorders, and mental illness, as well as educational testing for GT, private school admission, learning disorders, and ADHD diagnoses.

Dr. Halper provides comprehensive evaluations with recommendations that are realistic and solution oriented. These evaluations serve as the documentation needed to obtain academic placements, work or school accommodations, and certain pharmaceutical or therapeutic interventions. All cases are approached from the perspective of helping clients understand and maximize areas of personal strength. Individuals receive an in depth analysis of their cognitive and personality profile, and feedback on how to best utilize their unique talents to counter balance areas that are less fully developed.

Over the past decade Dr. Halper have worked extensively with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of clinical settings and welcome all types of cases, no matter how complicated. She is also proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) and is uniquely qualified to provide psychological assessments for deaf individuals.
