 Young Adult Transitional Program - Live, Learn, Work, and Succeed

At the Crossroads is a Young Adult Transitional program designed to help students gain a healthy and independent life away from their home environment. We work with students who are 18 years of age or older.

Our students learn how to set and achieve personal goals in a structured and supportive environment. Our students work on many life skills on a daily and weekly basis that include:

• Individual therapy
• Group therapy
• AA/NA Groups
• Anger Management
• Personal Health and Fitness
• Time Management/Day Planning
• Job Training
• Money Management
• College/GED/High School or Trade School
• Cooking classes
• Health and Hygiene
• and more.

While at Crossroads, our students learn how to live in a community based program while providing service, working away from the house, and gaining the real life experiences to learn from.
