Martial Arts Classes for Children and Adults with Special Needs
At Anything's Possible Martial Arts classes are offered for men, women and children. Through personalized lessons for each individual, students will develop their fitness and health, build self-confidence and acquire self-defense techniques.

Concentration: I have been working with special needs children and over the years have found students who participate in a karate program exhibit increased mobility, memorization and self-esteem. Programs are designed to help children improve:

  • balance and coordination
  • strength, physical and motor skills
  • awareness and attention
  • patience and determination

Specific exercises can help children who may experience difficulties with walking, stretching and flexibility and overall range of motion, or other concerns.

Great for children, teens, and adults with ADHD, Dyslexia, Down's Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Speech and Language Impairments.

The program director is studying ASL to have better communication skills to work with non-verbal children.
