As an attorney, Mr. Holland has been serving families with disabled children since 1996.

Mr. Holland primarily handles special education litigation, advocating for the rights of disabled children against their local school districts. Specifically, he assists families obtain new educational services as well as new educational placements.

In addition, Mr. Holland also handles cases against public agencies, such as the Division of Developmental Disabilities ("DDD"), as well as guardianship applications, and he provides estate planning advice in terms of preparing Special Needs Trusts.

Mr. Holland is admitted to practice in New Jersey and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Holland worked in a group home, caring for and providing services to adults with Autism and other disabilities. He also provided vocational training at several job sites, while working at a day program with this same population.
