Consultation and support from a parent point of view. Larry Cohen is a parent of a special child and for the past 10 years, has consulted with and advocated for families throughout school districts in the Hudson Valley. Although representation is available, parental empowerment is strongly stressed and the appropriate tools are provided. Most services are available without any fee.
