Advocacy, Learning and Educational Services in Oregon
With a background in counseling psychology, coaching, training, and negotiation skills, Carol provides the following in Oregon:
K-12 children and young adults:
- Counseling and consultation for parents of children or adolescents with suspected or diagnosed AD/HD and ADD
- Strong success with counseling and coaching youth diagnosed with AD/HD, ADD
- Parental consultation for school selection in Oregon and out-of-state
- Referrals to licensed tutors, reading specialists, occupational therapists to further support children's learning needs
- IEP and 504 Plan Development for children and youth with diverse learning challenges

- Strong Team Facilitation Skills With Teachers, Specialists and Administrative Leaders
- Neuropsychological (testing and assessment) referral
- Processing, cognitive skills, reading and spelling training (phoenemic awareness-based reading) to increase learning skills needed by learners in all K-12 children age groups.
- Strong success with AD/HD, ADD and Dyslexia challenged children in skill building and raising learning confidence.
- Recognized for ability to bring parents and school groups together; to provide emotional counsel to parents; and to lift children's spirits and skills for confident, independent learning.

College-bound Young Adults:
- Assessment referral (Neuropsychological, including AD/HD and ADD assessment)
- Accomodation assistance for learning and professional environments
- Counseling and coaching for learning disabilities, AD/HD and ADD management, and conditions associated with LD issues, such as depression and anxiety.
- Coaching for study skills, organization, and follow up on assignments
