California Special Needs Law Group ("CSNLG") was created specifically to provide excellent legal services at an affordable cost. It is our policy to charge a low hourly rate for our services along with low flat fees when applicable. We believe that obtaining legal counsel should not add financial stress to your already complicated life.

As a law firm, we pride ourselves in guiding our clients through the process of working with and alongside their child's school district and/or regional center and to give them the advice, recommendations and support they need to secure an appropriate educatioal progrm for their child. This includes keeping the school district accountable to all applicable federal and state laws through among other things, compliance complaints and due process hearings.

We hope that our representation helps our clients improve their advocacy and negotiation skills so they can better represent their child in future dealings with their school district and regional center. However, we will always be here to take the lead when our clients need us or to answer any questions that may suddenly arise.
