WVPTI
is funded through the US Department of Education Office of Special
Education and Rehabilitation.
WVPTI provides training, technical assistance, information and referral to parents and other professionals on appropriate educational services for students with special needs. WVPTI uses a grassroots approach to reaching and serving Appalachian families. All services are free of charge to families.
